Criminal Arrested with Country-made Pistol in Biharsharif
बिहारशरीफ: लहेरी थाना पुलिस ने सोमवार को न्यू नालंदा कॉलोनी में छापेमारी कर एक बदमाश को देसी कट्टे के साथ गिरफ्तार किया है। पकड़े गए आरोपित की पहचान श्याम सुंदर प्रसाद के पुत्र छोटू कुमार के रूप में हुई है। उसका पैतृक घर छबिलापुर थाना क्षेत्र का मैयार गांव है।
थानाध्यक्ष रंजीत कुमार रजक ने बताया कि अपराधी छोटू कुमार किसी आपराधिक घटना को अंजाम देने की मंशा से हथियार अपने पास रखे हुए था। पुलिस को गुप्त सूचना मिली थी जिसके आधार पर यह कार्रवाई की गई। पुलिस अब उससे पूछताछ कर रही है ताकि उसके अन्य साथियों और संभावित आपराधिक योजनाओं का पता लगाया जा सके। इस गिरफ्तारी से क्षेत्र में होने वाली आपराधिक घटनाओं पर अंकुश लगने की उम्मीद है। पुलिस आगे की कार्रवाई में जुट गई है।
Biharsharif: The Laheri police station, acting on a tip-off, arrested a criminal named Chhotu Kumar, son of Shyam Sundar Prasad, from New Nalanda Colony on Monday. A country-made pistol was recovered from his possession during the raid. His ancestral home is Maiyar village in the Chhabilapur police station area.
Laheri Station House Officer Ranjit Kumar Rajak stated that Chhotu Kumar had the weapon with the intention of committing a criminal act. The police are currently interrogating him to ascertain details about his associates and any planned criminal activities. This arrest is expected to curb criminal incidents in the area, and further investigation is underway.
