Good news for the youth of Bihar and Jharkhand aspiring to join the Indian Army as Agniveers. The Agniveer recruitment rally will be organized by the Army Recruitment Office, Danapur, from September 22 to October 6, 2026, at the KLP Ground in Danapur Cantonment. Shortlisted candidates who have passed the Common Entrance Examination (CEE) will get the opportunity to participate. The army administration has already sent the admit cards to all candidates on their login profiles on August 18.

In the initial phase of the rally, from September 22 to 25, the recruitment run for Agniveer General Duty (GD - Male) category will take place. Candidates from Patna, Buxar, Bhojpur, Siwan, Saran, Gopalganj, and Vaishali districts will participate. Shortlisted male candidates from these districts must report to the ground at night on the scheduled date. The physical tests will include a 1.6-kilometer run, beam (pull-ups), a 9-foot ditch, and zig-zag balancing.

Immediately after the GD process, the physical tests for Technical and Office Assistant trades will begin from September 26 to 29, 2026. Shortlisted candidates from Patna, Buxar, Bhojpur, Siwan, Saran, Gopalganj, and Vaishali districts will participate for Agniveer Technical and Office Assistant / Store Keeper Technical (SKT - Male) positions.

In the final phase of the rally, shortlisted female candidates (Women Military Police - CMP) from across Bihar and Jharkhand will participate. Additionally, physical and medical tests for Jharkhand candidates in some special category trades will be completed between September 30 and October 6 at the KLP Ground.

Candidates appearing for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) must carry all their original certificates, including a printout of the admit card, academic certificates, original domicile and caste certificates, character certificate, unmarried certificate, valid government photo ID, and 20 latest passport-sized color photographs.
