जिलाधिकारी ने इस मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए न केवल डुमरा गोदाम में व्यापक जांच के आदेश दिए हैं, बल्कि जिले के सभी SFC गोदामों की कार्यप्रणाली पर भी सवाल उठाए हैं। उन्होंने जिले के सभी अनुमंडल पदाधिकारियों (एसडीओ) और अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारियों (एसडीपीओ) को निर्देश दिया है कि वे अपने-अपने क्षेत्र में स्थित सभी भारतीय खाद्य निगम के गोदामों का मासिक निरीक्षण करें। इन निरीक्षणों का मुख्य उद्देश्य यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि खाद्यान्न का स्टॉक सही है, वितरण प्रक्रिया पारदर्शी है और किसी भी प्रकार की अनियमितता या भ्रष्टाचार को रोका जा सके।
डीएम ने साफ शब्दों में कहा है कि जन वितरण प्रणाली (पीडीएस) के तहत गरीबों को मिलने वाले अनाज में किसी भी प्रकार की गड़बड़ी बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को चेतावनी दी है कि यदि उनके क्षेत्र में किसी भी गोदाम में अनियमितता पाई जाती है, तो संबंधित अधिकारियों के खिलाफ भी कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। इस कदम से जिले में खाद्यान्न वितरण व्यवस्था में सुधार आने की उम्मीद है और यह सुनिश्चित होगा कि सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ सही लाभार्थियों तक पहुंचे। इस घटना ने एक बार फिर सरकारी गोदामों में पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही की आवश्यकता को उजागर किया है।
The manager of the State Food Corporation (SFC) godown in Dumra, Sitamarhi district, has been suspended following the discovery of significant irregularities. The District Magistrate (DM) took swift action after initial investigations revealed discrepancies in stock, irregularities in distribution, and other administrative lapses.
The DM has not only ordered a comprehensive inquiry into the Dumra godown but has also instructed all Sub-Divisional Officers (SDOs) and Sub-Divisional Police Officers (SDPOs) across the district to conduct monthly inspections of all SFC godowns in their respective areas.
