बेगूसराय के बछवाड़ा में विद्युत उपभोक्ताओं की शिकायतों के त्वरित निपटारे के लिए सोमवार से विद्युत आपूर्ति अवर प्रमंडल कार्यालय में एक विशेष कैंप शुरू किया गया है। विद्युत सहायक अभियंता संजीव कुमार सिंह ने जानकारी दी कि ऊर्जा विभाग, बिहार सरकार के प्रधान सचिव के निर्देशानुसार यह शिविर 17 से 22 अगस्त तक सभी अवर प्रमंडल कार्यालयों और कार्यपालक अभियंताओं के कार्यालयों पर नियमित रूप से लगाया जा रहा है। इस कैंप का मुख्य उद्देश्य बिजली बिल में गड़बड़ी से संबंधित शिकायतों का तेजी से निपटारा करना है। सोमवार को पहले दिन इस कैंप में कुल पांच उपभोक्ताओं से आवेदन प्राप्त हुए और उनकी शिकायतों के निपटारे की प्रक्रिया तत्काल शुरू कर दी गई है। यह पहल उपभोक्ताओं को बिजली बिल संबंधी समस्याओं से राहत दिलाने के लिए की गई है।
A special camp has been organized at the Electricity Supply Sub-Divisional Office in Bachhwara, Begusarai, starting Monday, to quickly resolve complaints from power consumers. According to Sanjeev Kumar Singh, Assistant Electrical Engineer, this camp is being held regularly from August 17 to August 22 at all sub-divisional and executive engineer offices, as per the instructions of the Principal Secretary of the Energy Department, Government of Bihar. The primary objective of this camp is to expedite the resolution of complaints related to discrepancies in electricity bills. On the first day, Monday, a total of five applications were received from consumers, and the process to address their grievances has already begun. This initiative aims to provide relief to consumers facing issues with their electricity bills.
