The deceased has been identified as 60-year-old Munni Devi, a resident of Langtu Tola within the Majhagarh police station area of Gopalganj. The accident took place on Monday morning as Munni Devi was walking from her home to the local market. A high-speed bike, approaching from behind, hit her forcefully, causing her to fall and suffer critical injuries.

Local residents rushed to her aid and transported her to a nearby hospital. Given the severity of her condition, doctors provided initial treatment and then referred her to Gorakhpur Medical College for specialized care. Unfortunately, Munni Devi passed away during the journey to Gorakhpur, leaving her family in profound grief. The local police have been informed, and the body has been sent for post-mortem examination. Authorities are investigating the incident and searching for the bike rider.
