Residents of Kasba Mohalla are currently grappling with severe waterlogging and rampant filth, which has severely disrupted their daily lives. The accumulation of water and garbage heaps on roads and alleys has made movement difficult for the locals. According to residents, even a slight rainfall causes the entire mohalla to become submerged, with fears of water entering their homes.

Garbage piles up at various spots in the mohalla, and drains remain clogged. This unsanitary condition has led to an increase in mosquitoes and other insects, raising the constant threat of infectious diseases. Parents are particularly concerned about the health of children and the elderly. Local residents stated that they have repeatedly appealed to the municipal corporation and local administration for a solution to this problem, but no concrete action has been taken so far.

Ramesh Kumar, a local resident, said, "We have been struggling with this issue for many years. Even with a little rain, the roads turn into ponds, and the stench from the garbage becomes unbearable. Children face difficulties going to school, and the fear of illness is always present."

The people of the mohalla are now uniting to pressure the administration to find a permanent solution to this serious problem. They have warned that if attention is not paid soon, they will be forced to agitate. Waterlogging and filth are not only disrupting daily life but have also become a major health hazard for the residents of the mohalla.
