Katihar Civil Court's Judicial Officer and Sub Judge First, Naveen Kumar Pandey, passed away on Thursday. He suddenly fell ill while performing judicial duties within the court premises. His condition deteriorated rapidly, and although he was immediately rushed to the Sadar Hospital, he breathed his last before reaching the medical facility. The news of his demise has sent a wave of shock and grief through the judicial corridors of Katihar and the entire legal community.

According to available information, Naveen Kumar Pandey was engaged in his judicial work in his chamber on Thursday. In the afternoon, he suddenly felt unwell and his health began to decline. Other judicial officers and staff present immediately assisted him and made urgent arrangements to transport him to Katihar Sadar Hospital. However, he passed away en route, before reaching the hospital. Doctors subsequently declared him deceased.

Naveen Kumar Pandey was known as a dedicated and soft-spoken officer. His untimely demise is a significant loss to the judicial community. Members of the Katihar Bar Association, advocates, and other judicial employees have expressed profound sorrow over his passing and extended their condolences to his family.
