Kutumba police in Aurangabad district have arrested three absconding accused in separate criminal cases and sent them to judicial custody. The police team, led by Station House Officer (SHO) Imran Alam and comprising SI Umesh Kumar, Ravishankar Kumar, and Prashant Trivedi, achieved this success by conducting raids in various villages within the police station area late on Tuesday night.

SHO Imran Alam stated that during a raid in Chiraiyatand village, two named accused, Satyendra Singh and Ranvijay Singh, were arrested in connection with an Arms Act case. Both are named accused in Kutumba Police Station Case No. 55/26. A case was registered against them under Section 27 of the Arms Act and other serious criminal sections, and the police had been searching for them for a long time.

In the same operation, the police team raided Khapiya village and arrested Anuj Singh. Anuj Singh is a named accused in an assault case, Kutumba Police Station Case No. 90/26, and was also wanted by the police.

The SHO informed that after completing all necessary legal procedures against the three arrested accused, they were presented before the Aurangabad court and subsequently sent to judicial custody. He further clarified that the police's raiding operations would continue to maintain law and order in the area and to apprehend other absconding warrants and accused.
