Bihar Chief Minister has brought significant relief to millions of pensioners across the state by releasing the June month's pension amount through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). In Madhepura district alone, approximately 1.90 lakh pensioners have received a total of ₹28.11 crore directly into their accounts. This initiative underscores the government's commitment to delivering financial assistance directly to beneficiaries without any intermediaries.

The release of the pension amount has brought joy among the elderly, widows, and differently-abled pensioners in Madhepura district. This amount will play a crucial role in meeting their daily expenses and basic needs. Local administration officials stated that with a single click from the Chief Minister, the funds were transferred directly to the beneficiaries' bank accounts, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
