In Kurtha, Arwal district, Mahagathbandhan (Grand Alliance) workers organized a protest march on Tuesday, demanding the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. Led by RJD Kisan Prakoshth District President Sunil Kumar Yadav, the march commenced from the Kurtha Block headquarters, proceeded through Vidrohi Chowk, and culminated at the Kurtha Bus Stand, where it transformed into a public meeting.

Addressing the gathering, leaders and workers of the Mahagathbandhan accused Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar of influencing the democratic system and engaging in widespread irregularities in the election process. Speakers alleged large-scale fraud in the electoral process and called for the cancellation of elections in both Bihar and Bengal. The protestors demanded not only Gyanesh Kumar's resignation but also the registration of a preliminary hearing against him and an investigation into the alleged irregularities.

The protest march saw the participation of a large number of Mahagathbandhan workers, including Congress Party District President Mohammad Kaif, MP Representative Manoj Kumar Yadav, District Councilor Mahesh Yadav, RJD Block President Doman Das, Congress Block President Ram Vinay Singh, and VIP leader Sakaldev Sahani.
