A tragic incident has come to light in the Bachhwara police station area, where a married woman allegedly died by suicide by hanging herself. The deceased has been identified as Asha Devi, aged 25, wife of Ashok Sah, a resident of Bachhwara. Her husband is reportedly employed in Delhi.

According to local sources, Asha Devi took her own life at her home. Upon receiving the information, panic spread among the family members. However, by the time the police arrived at the scene, all members of the in-laws' family had reportedly fled their residence, making the case more suspicious. The police have recovered the body and sent it for post-mortem examination.

When the victim's parents were informed about the tragic incident, they immediately rushed to Bachhwara. They have leveled serious allegations against the in-laws' family, claiming that their daughter was being harassed for dowry, which ultimately led her to take such an extreme step. They have appealed to the police for justice and demanded strict action against the culprits.

The police are actively investigating the matter, considering its seriousness. Efforts are underway to locate the absconding in-laws. Authorities state that further action will be taken only after the post-mortem report is received and statements from the victim's parents are recorded.
