Advocate Kunal Kumar Tiwari was attacked by some individuals while on his way to court in Motihari. He sustained serious injuries in the assault and is currently undergoing treatment at the Sadar Hospital. News of the incident quickly spread through the court premises, sparking outrage among lawyers.

According to information, Kunal Kumar Tiwari was going from his home to court two days ago when he was intercepted and assaulted by some unknown persons on the way. He was severely injured in the attack and subsequently admitted to Sadar Hospital for treatment. Lawyers have stated that an attack on an advocate while en route to court is a serious and concerning matter.

Following the incident, lawyers at the court premises expressed their anger and demanded that the police administration conduct an impartial investigation to identify and apprehend the attackers. Advocate Kumar Pankaj Tiwari held a press conference, stating that the assault on Kunal Kumar Tiwari has caused significant resentment within the legal community. He urged the police administration to promptly arrest the named or identified culprits.

The advocates have given the administration a 48-hour ultimatum for the arrest of the accused. They have warned that if the arrests are not made within the stipulated time, a phased agitation will be launched, which may include protests related to judicial work in its subsequent stages. The lawyers have also demanded justice and security for the injured advocate.
