In Nawada district, Bihar, a violent clash erupted between two factions over a land dispute, leaving two people seriously injured. The incident occurred in Pipra village, under Thali police station jurisdiction. The dispute reportedly began over the construction of a road and quickly escalated into a physical altercation. A video of the incident has surfaced, showing individuals from both sides engaged in a brawl.

The injured were taken to the Govindpur Community Health Center for treatment. Dr. Shruti Kumari, who was on duty, stated that Bachia Devi sustained a severe head injury. After initial treatment, given her critical condition, she was referred to Nawada for better medical care. The other injured person was identified as Sakaldev Prasad.

Sakaldev Prasad, a relative of one of the injured, alleged that Manoj Kumar from the village was forcibly carrying out soling work on their private land. When they protested, they were assaulted. The family also claimed that they had approached Thali police station, apprehending an escalation of the dispute and a major incident, but the police did not arrive immediately. Subsequently, they informed Dial 112, after which the police reached the spot and gathered information about the incident. The police have assured action in the matter. Following the emergence of the assault video, the police are investigating the entire case. A tense atmosphere prevails in the village after the incident.
