पूर्णिया विश्वविद्यालय में बिहार राज्य विश्वविद्यालय सेवा आयोग, पटना द्वारा संविदा आधारित सहायक प्राध्यापक पद के लिए चयनित और आवंटित अभ्यर्थियों की विश्वविद्यालय स्तरीय काउंसलिंग एवं मूल अभिलेखों का सत्यापन 7 और 8 अगस्त को आयोजित किया जा रहा है। विश्वविद्यालय ने इस संबंध में विस्तृत कार्यक्रम और आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए हैं, जिसमें सभी चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को निर्धारित तिथि और समय पर उपस्थित होने का निर्देश दिया गया है।
विश्वविद्यालय के कुलसचिव प्रो. अखिलेश कुमार द्वारा जारी अधिसूचना के अनुसार, काउंसलिंग शनिवार को सुबह 11 बजे से शाम 4 बजे तक विश्वविद्यालय के प्रशासनिक भवन स्थित सीनेट हॉल में आयोजित होगी। यह प्रक्रिया छह विषयों - हिन्दी, अर्थशास्त्र, इतिहास, राजनीति विज्ञान, अंग्रेजी और समाजशास्त्र में अंतिम रूप से चयनित और पूर्णिया विश्वविद्यालय में आवंटित अभ्यर्थियों के लिए है।
काउंसलिंग के दौरान अभ्यर्थियों के मूल प्रमाणपत्रों का सत्यापन किया जाएगा। सभी अभ्यर्थियों को अपने साथ मूल दस्तावेजों के अलावा उनकी स्व-अभिप्रमाणित छायाप्रतियां भी लानी होंगी। आवश्यक दस्तावेजों में बिहार राज्य विश्वविद्यालय सेवा आयोग द्वारा जारी चयन एवं आवंटन पत्र, निर्धारित प्रारूप में शपथ-पत्र, चिकित्सा प्रमाण-पत्र, चरित्र प्रमाण-पत्र, मैट्रिक का जन्मतिथि प्रमाण-पत्र, जाति, आवास, आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग, दिव्यांगता संबंधी प्रमाण-पत्र (यदि लागू हो), सभी शैक्षणिक एवं अनुभव प्रमाण-पत्र, दो पासपोर्ट आकार के रंगीन फोटो, वैध फोटो पहचान-पत्र तथा आवेदन-पत्र की प्रति शामिल हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त, सभी दस्तावेजों की दो अतिरिक्त स्व-अभिप्रमाणित प्रतियां भी साथ लाना अनिवार्य है।
विश्वविद्यालय ने विशेष परिस्थिति में अभ्यर्थियों को सीमित राहत भी दी है। यदि कोई अभ्यर्थी अपरिहार्य कारणों से काउंसलिंग के दिन चिकित्सा प्रमाण-पत्र या चरित्र प्रमाण-पत्र प्रस्तुत नहीं कर पाता है, तो विश्वविद्यालय के सक्षम प्राधिकारी की पूर्व अनुमति से इन दोनों प्रमाण-पत्रों को जमा करने के लिए अतिरिक्त समय दिया जा सकता है। हालांकि, विश्वविद्यालय ने स्पष्ट किया है कि यह छूट केवल मेडिकल सर्टिफिकेट और चरित्र प्रमाण-पत्र तक ही सीमित रहेगी। निर्धारित अतिरिक्त अवधि के भीतर भी संबंधित प्रमाण-पत्र जमा नहीं करने पर विश्वविद्यालय नियमानुसार आगे की कार्रवाई करेगा।
Purnea University is conducting university-level counseling and original document verification for candidates selected and allocated to the contractual Assistant Professor post by the Bihar State University Service Commission, Patna. The process is scheduled for August 7 and 8. The university has released a detailed schedule and necessary guidelines, instructing all selected candidates to be present on the specified date and time.
According to the notification issued by University Registrar Prof. Akhilesh Kumar, the counseling will be held on Saturday from 11 AM to 4 PM in the Senate Hall of the university's administrative building. This process is for candidates finally selected and allocated to Purnea University in six subjects: Hindi, Economics, History, Political Science, English, and Sociology.
During the counseling, original certificates of the candidates will be verified. All candidates must bring their original documents along with self-attested photocopies. Essential documents include the selection and allocation letter issued by the Bihar State University Service Commission, an affidavit in the prescribed format, medical certificate, character certificate, matriculation or equivalent birth date certificate, caste, domicile, EWS, disability certificates (if applicable), all academic and experience certificates, two passport-sized color photographs, a valid photo ID, and a copy of the application form. Additionally, two extra self-attested copies of all documents are mandatory.
The university has also provided limited relief in special circumstances. If a candidate is unable to present their medical or character certificate on the day of counseling due to unavoidable reasons, an extension may be granted to submit these two certificates with prior approval from the competent authority of the university. However, the university has clarified that this exemption is limited only to medical and character certificates. Failure to submit the relevant certificates within the extended period will result in further action by the university as per rules.
