A dispute over abusive language escalated into a physical altercation in Rafiganj, Aurangabad district, leading to tension in the area. Both parties involved have filed First Information Reports (FIRs) at the Rafiganj police station, naming a total of five individuals as accused. The police are currently conducting a thorough investigation into the matter.

According to reports, the incident occurred in Rafiganj market. Santosh Kumar, from one side, stated in his complaint that he was returning home from a shop when some individuals began to hurl abuses at him. When he protested, they allegedly attacked him with sticks, causing serious injuries. Kumar also accused the assailants of snatching 1500 rupees cash and a mobile phone from his pocket. He has named three individuals in his FIR.

Conversely, Santosh Yadav from the other side also filed a complaint, alleging that Santosh Kumar and two of his associates were verbally abusing him. When he objected, they purportedly attacked him with sticks, resulting in his injuries. Yadav has named two individuals in his complaint.

Rafiganj Station House Officer stated that FIRs have been registered from both sides. The police are investigating the case seriously and assured that the accused would be arrested soon, with further legal action to follow. Police patrols have been increased in the area to maintain peace and order. The incident has become a topic of discussion among locals, who expect swift action from the police to prevent similar occurrences.
