Harnaut | The East Central Railway Employees Union will observe 'Bonus Improvement Attention Day' today, Wednesday, at the Passenger Coach Repair Factory. The branch secretary stated that the main objective of this event is to demand improvements in the bonus provided to railway personnel. The union has called for the bonus ceiling to be increased from the current ₹7,000 to ₹21,000. He further informed that 'Bonus Improvement Attention Day' will be celebrated across various headquarters and institutions of the East Central Railway (ECR). Through this initiative, railway employees aim to bring their long-pending demands to the attention of the government and railway administration, advocating for a fair increase in their financial benefits.
