Senior Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Bhai Virendra launched a sharp attack on the state government's policies and administrative system during a press conference at the guest house in Bhabua, Kaimur district. He stated that in a democracy, it is the duty of the opposition to keep an eye on the government's wrong policies and hold it accountable. Virendra mentioned that RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav is continuously showing the government the mirror and offering sound advice in the public interest.

He expressed grief over the recent natural disasters and tragedies in Nepal, extending condolences to the affected and deceased families. He also highlighted the impact of floods and tragedies in Bihar, where several people went missing due to boat capsizing incidents. Bhai Virendra appealed to the state government to take the situation seriously and make robust arrangements for embankment protection and flood relief in advance to prevent loss of life and property.

The RJD leader also spoke about his eight-day organizational and review tour. He informed that after Bhojpur and Buxar, he has arrived in Kaimur and will subsequently visit Rohtas. Expressing dissatisfaction with the state of affairs in Kaimur, he remarked that the infrastructure here is very weak. He gave strict instructions to officials to work honestly in the public interest and stated that he would submit his report to the Assembly Secretariat.
