Needy families in Pirhi and Khargabani villages of Babubarhi block in Madhubani district received solar lanterns. This initiative was undertaken through the 'Nidan Sanstha' in collaboration with the LIC HFL Hridaya Project. The distribution program aims to provide light to rural households that struggle with electricity shortages.

Solar lanterns were distributed in the presence of Nidan Sanstha's program managers Manoj Yadav, Zulfiqar Ahmed, and Krishna Kumar. The beneficiaries expressed happiness at receiving the solar lanterns, which will now make it easier for children to study in the evenings and for women to complete household chores. This initiative not only addresses the lack of light but also promotes the use of solar energy, benefiting the environment.

Program Manager Manoj Yadav stated that the primary goal of this project is to improve the living standards of underprivileged families. 'Nidan Sanstha' is actively working in crucial sectors such as health, education, sanitation, and agriculture to ensure the overall development of rural communities.
