Mohd. Umar, an Urdu translator serving at the Patahi Block Office in Motihari, retired from his government service on Wednesday. A farewell ceremony was organized in the block office premises on the occasion of his retirement, attended by all officers and employees of the block. Block Development Officer (BDO) Rajiv Kumar Ranjan lauded Mohd. Umar's long and dedicated service. He stated that Mohd.
