A Janata Darbar (public court) was organized on Saturday in the auditorium of the Agiaon Circle Office to resolve land disputes. Chaired by Circle Officer Wagisha Singh, a total of three cases were heard in the presence of police and revenue department officials.

The first case involved a dispute over a private land path between Etwaro Devi and Kaushal Singh, Dharmendra Kumar Singh from Kharaicha village, under Garhani police station. The second party was issued a notice and instructed to appear at the next hearing with relevant land documents.

The second case was from Lasadhi village, also under Garhani police station. This dispute was between Mangleshwar Singh and Ram Bahadur Singh, Kamal Bahadur Singh, concerning cultivation on land without paying rent (malguzari). Mangleshwar Singh alleged that his land was being cultivated without the payment of malguzari. Both parties have been directed to be present on the next date.

The third case involved an encroachment dispute on private land between Neeraj Kumar and Rajnarayan Paswan from Muradpur village, under Narayanpur police station. A notice was issued to the second party, and the date for the next hearing was fixed.

The circle administration has instructed all concerned parties to appear at the next hearing with necessary documents. The disputes will be resolved according to rules after verification of records. Police officers, revenue clerks, and other staff were present at the Janata Darbar.
