Kishanganj. District Magistrate Naveen Kumar chaired a crucial review meeting with representatives from 187 private schools in the district on Thursday at the Mahananda Auditorium. He issued strict directives to all private schools to ensure 100% entry of every student on the U-DISE portal. Furthermore, it is mandatory to create Aadhaar and APAR IDs for all students and complete all necessary entries related to them in a timely manner.

During the meeting, the DM also instructed schools whose recognition has expired or is nearing expiration. They were asked to apply on the e-Sambandhan portal in time and complete all formalities related to U-DISE. Emphasizing student safety as a top priority, the District Magistrate directed that school vehicle drivers receive regular training and that all vehicles must compulsorily possess a valid fitness certificate. He made it clear that vehicles without a valid fitness certificate would not be allowed to operate. The DM also stressed the importance of ensuring strict adherence to all guidelines issued by the Education Department to maintain educational standards in the district.
